Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy explains what CloudFilm, operated by Enoylity Media Creations LLC, collects and why.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, and a display name if you set one.
- Content — prompts, scripts, reference images and the videos you generate.
- Usage data — renders started, credits spent, and technical logs including IP address and browser user-agent, used for security and rate limiting.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- YouTube data — only if you connect a YouTube channel for a series. See YouTube below.
How we use it
- To run the Service: authenticate you, render your videos, and bill credits accurately.
- To email you when a render finishes and before a video is auto-deleted.
- To detect abuse and enforce rate limits.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
- Modal — receives your prompt and any reference image in order to render.
- Amazon Web Services — stores your videos (S3) and delivers our email (SES).
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Google (YouTube) — only if you connect a YouTube channel: receives the episodes you set up to go on it.
- An LLM provider — if script splitting is enabled, your script is sent for analysis. When the built-in splitter is used, nothing leaves our servers.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in; it cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in. Any analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent banner, and declining is remembered.
Two more essential cookies run our invite program and keep it fair: a random id for your browser (so an invite opened in the inviter's own browser doesn't count), and, when you open someone's invite link, which link it was and your country (from your browser's time zone) for up to 60 days.
Connecting a YouTube channel sets one more for a few minutes, so Google's sign-in comes back safely to your account.
Invites
If you open an account from someone's invite link, we record who invited you, which link you used, your country, your browser id and network address, so rewards only go to real friends. The person who invited you sees only totals (how many friends signed up, made a film or bought) and their own rewards — never your name, email or what you make. If you give us a payout email for your invite cash, we keep it to pay you.
YouTube
If you turn on YouTube for a series, CloudFilm uses YouTube API Services to put its episodes on your own channel. It only happens after you connect your channel on Google's own screen, and you can stop it at any time. By connecting, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles your Google account under the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we read from YouTube — your channel's name, id and picture, so you can see which channel is connected, and whether each episode CloudFilm uploaded is still there. Nothing else: we never read your other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics.
- What we do on YouTube — upload the episodes of the series you set up, with their title, description and thumbnail, at the time and with the privacy (public, unlisted or private) you chose. With “After I approve”, nothing goes up until you approve it. We never change or delete anything else on your channel.
- What we keep — the keys Google gives us for your channel, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; your channel's name and picture; and the links to the episodes we uploaded. We read the channel and the links again from YouTube twice a day, and never keep them more than 30 days without reading them again.
- Who sees it — only you, and our support team when you ask for help. We never sell it, never share it with anyone else, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
- Removing our access — press Disconnect on the Series page: we cancel our access at Google at once and delete the keys, the channel details and the episode links. You can also remove CloudFilm at any time on Google's security settings page, security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; we then delete what we kept within 30 days. Deleting your CloudFilm account does all of this too. Videos already on YouTube stay on your channel until you remove them there.
CloudFilm's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Questions or complaints about any of this: support@triven.ai.
Retention
- Videos are deleted automatically 30 days after they are generated.
- Account data is kept while your account is open.
- Deleting your account removes your data and files; billing records are kept where the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Delete your account from Settings at any time, or email support@triven.ai to make a request.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Sign-in codes are stored only as hashes and expire after 10 minutes.
